PicView is a program that enables you to view .BMP
.ICO and .WMF files.

PicView requires Windows 3.1 or higher to run.

PicView requies the following files

                     VBRUN200.DLL
                     THREED.VBX

PicView is FreeWare (not Public Domain) so you may freely
distribute it providing no charge is made for PicView and
only a small distribution charge is made for distribution.
